The IC-R75 sports cutting edge technology for today's serious DX'er,
yet it is easy and affordable enough for casual listener use.
PC programmable
Get PC control of the IC-R75 with optional RS-R75 software on CD
ROM. Runs on Windows® 95; or Windows® 98 and comes with
the necessary connection cable.
DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
The IC-R75 is capable of AF-DSP with the included UT-106 DSP plug-in
module (factory installed).
It offers
noise reduction, and auto notch filter capabilities.
Multiple scan modes
5 Scan Modes are available: program scan, memory scan, select memory
scan, priority scan and auto memory write scan.
Optional filter slots
Two optional filter slots are available - one each for 1st IF (9
MHz stage) and 2nd IF (455 kHz stage).
Superior receive
With its superior dynamic range of >104 dB, twin passband tuning
(PBT) controls, and a large front mounted speaker, the IC-R75 offers
unparalleled receive quality.
Easy to use
IC-R75's large, backlit, 8 character alphanumeric LCD display is
easily readable in low light conditions, and at all viewing angles.
The numeric keypad offers direct frequency or memory channel input.
